Number Forty Six which was formally known as Senlac Holiday Apartments has been owned by Steve and Victoria Martin since 2007. Over the past few years they have successfully reached their goal of transforming the house into a stylish yet affordable guesthouse offering a choice of bed and breakfast accommodation and self catering apartments. Rooms & Suites With just 4 rooms and 2 spacious suites Number Forty Six is small enough to be cosy and intimate whilst still offering the quality and service you would expect in a large hotel. The entire house is stylishly decorated to give a contemporary feel and guests can choose single, double, twin or family rooms all with ensuite facilities. There is also a choice of 2 Double, Twin or Family suites for guests wanting that extra comfort and space. All bedrooms and suites have a flat screen television with HD freesat+ digital recorder and DVD player, complimentary high speed wireless Internet, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, radio alarm clock, iPod docking station and tea/coffee making facilities with biscuits. Ensuite shower rooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes and complimentary toiletries. Every room is available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival allowing guests to make the most of their stay. We also offer complimentary overnight parking for a nearby car park and there are two bicycles which are available to hire free of charge. Both apartments can be reserved for nightly, weekly or monthly stays depending on availability.
